Ciara The Actress?!?

I just heard that R&B singer Ciara is in a film due to be released on April 10th called Mama, I Want To Sing! The film is based on the life story of Doris Troy, a preacher’s daughter who sang in a church choir before being discovered by James Brown. Doris Troy's niece, Knoelle, who has played the star role in the off-Broadway production, makes her film debut in the movie in a principal role.Tarralyn Ramsey and Paris Bennett also auditioned for the role but Cici won!

Remember Him??

Think back. Son Of Dork formed after the split of Busted. Steve Rushton has now gone solo as well as still working with the band. Thought they were gone? Join the club. He's not bad actually but has yet to get a record deal. For some reason he's also one of annoying Miley Cyrus's close friends. Hardcore on The Dancefloor is ok but needs some proper production...sounds awfully amature otherwise. And his lyrics kinda suck. However girls that like McFly will probably go mental over this one.

Update: I Was Right!!

Brandy Norwood's album has changed - the release has been pushed back to December 9th ! This could be a bad move as Cici and Fiddy as well as other more prominent artists than Brandy are releasing in early December as well. Btw : have you noticed no other artists feature on Human?? Might be something to think about. Babes, brandy's well talented so if you like her buy Right Here, Departed to support her, plus another single is said to be released before the album. It is expected that Brandy will announce changes to the tracklist for her new albim Human early next week and probably add a few more tracks. The record, due for release on November 11th since the tune Right Here Departed dropped.

Three more tunes are apparently in consideration. "Human is my most personal album to date," said Brandy. "I have grown so much since my last album. Being able to express myself and my journey through my music is a feeling I can't describe."

HSM 3 : London Premiere

Last Night, High School Musical Three premiered in Leicster Square in London last night. Preteen girls went crazy to see Zac, Vanessa, Ashley and Corbin arrive on the red carpet. In the past two, the music has been....acceptable...and we know some will want to know does the new soundtrack meet their middle class standards.

Single Review - The Saturdays - Why Me, Why Now

As you known The Saturdays are a new five-piece girl group who bare "some" resemblance to Girls Aloud. As per usual Vanessa sings most of the song, having the best voice. The song is good, maybe a lil more boring than there previous efforts. For some reason it sounds kinda like Destiny's Child's Girl. I don't know why. I like it...but its nothing special.

Janet's Tour a Total Flop?

Janet Jackson has been cancelling a lot of tour dates because of exhaustion recently and was hospitalized a few days ago. At first we thought this was to make up for the only half sold out venues. Now we are worried that Janet's age is catching up with her or she might be seriously ill....hoping its not another Kylie Minogue Showgirl Scenario.



Janet performing in Chicago earlier this week, however she has Cancelled her Boston and Montreal dates and probably will anounce more cancellations.

Hey all!!!! I'm Paige..the other person responsible for this blog. But I'l be focusing on a more trendy side, telling y'all about the fashion of the stars. So I'll start by saying I'm pretty sure you've all heard of Ri Ri's new fashion line, but what is it like?Remember earlier this year she designed for h&m as a charity gig?? And those umbrellas she put her name on??? Personally I liked her designs for fashion against aids, that top (right) is cute.. Having seen exclusive samples of her new line at fashion week I can reveal it is more of the same, very trendy, very cool. Hopefully it won't be mega-expensive either!

A track from Katy Perry's album One of the Boys has been leaked on the internet this morning. The song, entitled The Box is quite different from her hit I kissed a girl.
